


New England Basket Co., Inc. accepts V ISA, MasterCard and American Express. For prepaid orders, please allow 5 to 7 business days for check processing. No CODs accepted.
Any new account may submit a credit application to qualify for and establish Net 30 terms. Prior to approval, all new accounts must use an alternate form of payment for their order. Established accounts are payable 30 days from invoice date. Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% interest charges monthly. New England Basket Co., Inc. reserves the right to revoke Net 30 status if account becomes delinquent or if check is returned from bank. All returned checks will be subject to a $20 service fee.
All in-stock merchandise is usually shipped within 24 hours. During peak shipping times, such as the holiday season, please anticipate additional lead time. All orders are shipped UPS, or special pallet rate program if applicable via freight carrier.
Please report all shortages within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment. Be certain to unpack your order, as merchandise may be consolidated to save on shipping charges. All merchandise is checked and inspected for quality prior to shipping. All claims for damages must be made with shipping carrier.
No returns after 30 days from ship date. All returns must have prior authorization or will not be accepted. Any return not due to vendor error will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Seasonal merchandise may not be returned.
All back orders are shipped automatically when able to be fulfilled. Please call to cancel your back order if you do not want shipment.
